You can apply to record an unregistered microchip on our database using this form. Please have your pet's microchip number to hand. There is a standard fee of £19.95 to record an unregistered microchip, which also includes Petlog Premium benefits. Via this form you can also record a microchip with us that is currently not affiliated to any other UK Defra compliant database.

There is a standard fee of £19.95 to record an unregistered microchip to the Petlog database. However, this fee will also include an upgrade of your pet to Petlog Premium.
